Esens Letná is a new residential development in Prague's Letná district. The brief was to translate that premium location into a web experience as confident as the apartments themselves. The design leans on three things: confident typography, full-bleed location photography, and generous whitespace that lets each section breathe.
The site is built around three pillars — Lokalita (location), Služby (services), and Byty (apartments). Each is treated as its own editorial chapter: location reads like a magazine spread, services like a curated menu, contact like a quiet conversation. Same brand voice, different rhythms.
